How walk-in visits work
Walk in anytime we're open. No appointment, no referral, no paperwork in advance. Check in at the front desk and our team will get your pet into a room. Most pets are seen within 15 minutes.
We're located at 10710 State Bridge Road, Ste 120, Johns Creek, GA 30022. To prepare for your visit, know your pet's current medications and doses, bring packaging or a photo if your pet ate something, and note when symptoms started. Dogs should arrive on a leash, cats in a carrier.

Monday – Friday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Saturday – Sunday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
What to expect
Walk in or book online, see an ER-trained veterinarian, and get your pet diagnosed and treated in one visit. You go home with medications, clear next steps, and a complete visit summary sent to your primary vet so nothing falls through the cracks.

Ruby's ER-trained veterinarians see walk-in and same-day patients seven days a week, Mon–Fri 2–10 PM and Sat–Sun 10 AM–8 PM. With full in-house diagnostics including digital X-ray, ultrasound, and on-site lab, your pet is diagnosed and treated at 30%+ less than the emergency room. We send a complete visit summary to your primary vet after every visit.
